Ever since its establishment WIN.MAX has placed a high value on reliability, service, and tailor- made solutions.
Our products cover the following ranges:
1) indoor and outdoor sports series, mainly includes darts and dartboards, game tables, skates and skateboards, racquets and various kinds of balls;
2) water/aquatic sports series, mainly includes diving and surfing wetsuits, beach game, neoprene products;
3) fashion series, mainly include: swimwear, caps, bags;
4) fitness sports series, mainly includes fitness gears, boxing products, jump ropes and hula hoops.
Change of mind returns
You will need to submit an image of the shipping label and proof of the issue.
1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale
2. You must have returned the product within 14 days of taking delivery of your product.
3. The product can not have been used as this makes the product a second-hand item.
4. The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
5. The original sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Reshipping an item If a product is deemed undeliverable due to you providing an incorrect address, not picking the item up from the post office or not being at your residence to collect the package a reshipping fee will be charged to have the package redelivered. If the reshipping fee is not paid the item is destroyed by the carrier and no refund can be given.
6.Damaged or defective: Unlikely event that a product ordered is damaged or defective, or you received a wrong item/size, you can return or exchange the product within 14 business days upon received. Given that the product is unused and in the same condition as it was received, in original packaging with original tags.Regarding returns customer need to contact Catch for further enquiries.
