Wooden.City company is a sole designer and manufacturer of mechanical 3D wooden puzzles and models based in Europe. We designed our first model in 2015. It became our inspiration for the brand name “WOODEN.CITY”, new models, and an exciting future to pursue – to design and create even more sophisticated 3D wooden puzzles. Our growing experience in designing new models helped us to move forward with our ideas. Currently Wooden.City models are sold to 12 countries worldwide.
To invent, create and manufacture 3D wooden puzzle models, we use highly accurate laser equipment. The raw material is exclusively eco-friendly birch plywood. The manufacturing process is fully automated and every single manufactured model is tested by qualified technicians. You may refund new unopened items within 60 days of delivery for full refund. We will gladly exchange the item or refund the amount you paid. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) In other cases, the customer is expected to pay for the shipping as we do not charge you for the delivery too.
You should expect the receive your refund to be processed on the next working day after the delivery of the return. The time needed to receive the refund depend on the issuer of your card.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. If you found a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace the part with a defect.
