Returns Policy


Change of mind:


Woolstar will provide refund If you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your unused and unopened purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date at your expense. 10% restocking fee will be charged from the total order amount. Item will not be accepted if it has been opened or used.


Faulty Items / Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure


In the event of returns due to warranty claims, faulty item or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact Woolstar via Catch messages to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Woolstar has the right to ask for photos with proof of damage to assess the situation before any decision is made. Upon approval, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. If accepted for returns, refund or repair Woolstar will cover all postage fees. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.
