Change-of-mind


If not satisfied, please let us know and you can return it in original or re-sell condition via registered mail within 14 days of your receiving the item for a free exchange or refund.


We do not accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used.


Please note a valid trackable tracking number is required for all eligible return item


According to the warehouse return, we have the following requirements:


1. The item must be returned at the buyers cost in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)
2. The item is securely packed to ensure it is received in original and re-saleable condition.
3. The item/s are NOT worn or damaged and are in perfect condition when received
4. Do NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
5. If the item has sustained damage in transit or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required Defects, faults or wrong item


Where products were defected or you have received the wrong products, and products were required to be sent back, we will pay for the returned postage. Please contact via Catch message if you would like to make a claim.
