At Zinus, we manage every part of the manufacturing process. From our team of research and developers, who regularly win internationally-acclaimed Good Design Awards (for developing innovative products that are stylish, yet easy to assemble), to our teams in the manufacturing facilities who carefully build and package up each piece of furniture to ensure it arrives to your home in perfect condition.

You can rest assured that our products are made with love. We will never compromise quality over price. Unlike a lot of other retailers, we design our products to be sold online. Each piece of furniture will arrive neatly in one box, be easy to assemble and will become an Instagram-worthy, centrepiece to your home.

Our flair for the efficient lets us provide all these quality products at a price we're proud of (most of our bestselling items are under $350).

We strive really hard for perfection, but despite our best efforts, mistakes do happen. In case there are any faults in the materials you receive or any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll make sure you are taken care of as fast as you can say, "There's a box on my doorstep."

Change of Mind Policy

*Please note we will only accept products for a change of mind return that is FACTORY SEALED, STILL IN A BRAND NEW CONDITION (Original condition) and it is buyer's responsibility to cover return costs

If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of purchase to organise the return of your product and refund the purchase price of your product:

  • Contact us for return authorisation

  • Confirm that the product will be returned in its original condition (original unopened and sealed packaging)

  • We'll send you a return label and instructions for arranging a courier pick up.

  • After we receive the returned item and confirming the item condition as new, a refund will be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.

  • You will receive a refund minus all shipping costs (at a rate of 25% of item costs)

Warranty Guidelines: 

  • For Mattress: 10-year Worry-Free Warranty

  • For Bed Frame/ Mattress Foundation and Mattress Topper: 5 year Worry-Free Warranty

  • Other products: 1-year Worry-Free Warranty 

All Zinus products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


We ship Australia wide! All items are dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouses in Melbourne and Sydney. If you have been given a tracking and the item is currently in transit. Feel free to contact our courier directly for any enquiries.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number which can be used to determine where your item is at any particular time. Our delivery company will generally deliver on weekdays during business hours, however sometimes they may need to deliver on a weekend depending on your location. To make sure you receive your order in time, unattended delivery / ATL (item to be left without signature) will be set by default for all deliveries unless delivery address is for apartments OR you contact us prior to dispatch that you wish to sign for delivery.

If you are not at home and the driver deems it not safe to leave the item at your address, a “sorry we missed you card” will be left and item(s) will be re-directed to your nearest depot. We highly recommend you to pick up the missed item directly from courier’s depot as re-delivery can be arranged but additional charges may apply.
