Zufalls accepts returns of any product if the following conditions apply:
- The item is faulty
- You received the incorrect item
All return requests must be lodged within 14 days from receiving the order.
All products must be returned in the original packaging, complete with tags, and in re-sellable condition. If not returned in acceptable condition, buyer will be required to pay for return delivery and the product’s sale price.
All warranty requests will be passed onto the product’s manufacturer for their decision.
Zufalls does not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer purchased the incorrect size/colour (Zufalls are willing to exchange product for correct size/colour, but buyer will be required to pay all extra shipping fees).
Items are to be returned to Zufalls, and as soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped, or refund given.
