Zzz Atelier is an Australian brand started in 2015. We call ourselves the "sleep workshop" because we see ourselves not just as a mattress maker, but rather a collaboration workshop where technology, innovation and thoughtful ideas collide together to fuse the creation of outstanding sleep quality.

We started this business because we love to sleep on wonderful mattress, but not the enormous price tag that usually comes with it. So we started to really look into what makes a great mattress, what ingredients genuinely impact your sleep quality, and what are the things that simply waste consumer dollars. We then focus on searching for top notch technology and quality where it really matters. To ensure that we come up with products that are truly perfect for Australian users, we made sure that an experienced chiropractor was actively engaged in all stages of our mattress design, every step along the way.

The end results? Amazing value mattresses yet extremely comfortable and healthy sleep which our customers can attest to.

We may be small in size, but we dream big, and the sleep quality and value that we deliver is nothing short of humongous.

1.We ship all items via regular courier services, which operate Mon-Fri business hours only. Regular courier services are not time sensitive and may arrive any time between 9am - 6pm. Redelivery fee is chargeable in case of failed delivery attempt.

2.All standard courier deliveries in Australia are kerbside only. Some courier drivers may help to move item into your house when asked nicely, but such assistance can be refused by drivers.

3.By purchasing an item from us, buyer consents to unattended delivery (Authorisation to Leave) by default. Buyer accepts that couriers have full discretion in determining if an area is safe to leave the item, and accepts risks of theft or others damages. If you prefer signature service please contact us prior to dispatch and we will gladly help organise where possible.

4.Standard courier services do not include call / SMS before delivery. We can politely request courier drivers to call, but this cannot be guaranteed and should not be relied upon as a mechanism to prevent delivery failure.
5.While we always try to arrange deliveries to door, there are certain areas that our courier service provider does not perform door-to-door delivery. In such circumstance, you will need to collect the parcels from their nearest depot or drop off point.

6.There are some areas which we may be unable to ship to due to various factors, such courier coverage, high shipping cost, etc. If your address falls within such areas we may have to cancel your order. We promise 100% full refund if we cancel your order due to this reason.

7.We promise to dispatch all orders within our committed dispatch time frame. However, we do not control courier operations and cannot be responsible for delivery delay. Any delivery dates provided in item listings are estimates only, actual delivery time can vary.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

On top of your ACL consumer rights, our products may also come with manufacturer warranty as stated in their respective listings, subject to all terms and conditions stated in the warranty information page of Zzz Atelier’s official website.
Please also note mattress firmness is very individual and subjective. All care has been taken to describe firmness the best we can. However, there is no single firmness rating which can ever meet every user's subjective expectation. By purchasing mattresses from us, you agree that mismatch of firmness expectation on mattress or any part of the mattress (e.g. sides of mattress) does NOT constitute "item not as described" or defect, and cannot be returned under these reasons.

All warranty claims will need to be supported by photographic evidences as requested by us. We may ask you to provide photo evidences taken in certain ways to help us investigate the reported issue and relevant surrounding factors.

To the extent we are able to exclude liability; our total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from our goods is limited to us re-supplying the goods to you, or, at our option, us refunding the amount you have paid us for the goods (excluding shipping fees) to which your claim relates. By purchasing our products, you agree that our liability for goods and services provided to consumers is governed solely by the ACL, this agreement, and all T&Cs stated in the warranty information page of Zzz Atelier official website.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days after order arrival, so long as the item is unopened, unused, in original condition and in its original packaging.

For all change of mind returns, buyers are responsible for returning the item to us. We will issue you full refund (but excludes shipping fees paid) minus 10% re-stocking fee. We retain final discretion to accept of refuse the return after we have fully inspected the item.

We do not offer change of mind return for mattresses once it is outside original packaging. For this reason, please check the size and details of the product printed on its packaging and ensure that you indeed want the mattress before decompressing it. In rare cases we may choose to allow courtesy return at our sole discretion. If we choose to do this, we may offer refund amount that is less than full item price.

If a refund is processed, we will refund the original purchase price via the original mode of payment, minus any associated fees & charges. Shipping fee is not refundable in any case.
