Catch is open for business and we continue to serve our customers.

We know how much our customers depend on us, especially in times like these. As Australians and people all over the world continue to be affected by the COVID19 pandemic, we are focussed on doing everything we can to continue providing you, our customers, what you need in these uncertain and difficult times.


Can I still place and receive orders on

Yes. We are still open and operating as normal, there is currently no disruption to our services. We are working around the clock to make sure there is no delay or interruption.

Are shipping times delayed?

No, not at this time. Australia Post and courier services are still operating as normal.

Is Catch affected by the shutdowns announced on 22 March?

No. Catch is not subject to a shutdown and continues to operate.

Will Catch be affected by a shutdown?

Right now, Catch is operating, and we believe will continue to operate, providing our customers with the items they need. Many of our staff are now working remotely, and our warehouse operations are adopting dynamic working practices to ensure safety, hygiene and the continued fulfilment of orders. In addition, our Marketplace sellers in Australia and abroad are continuing with their operations.

We do not know what the future holds, but we have every expectation that we will continue to serve our customers throughout this crisis to meet their needs. We will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.
