1. Definitions


For this Promotion, the following terms have the following meanings:

AEDT means Australian Eastern Daylight Time. AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Immediate Family

Any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin

2. Eligibility


Australian residents aged 18 years or over are eligible to enter this Promotion.  Employees of the Promoter (or any related entity of the Promoter) and their Immediate Families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Persons under the age of 18 may enter only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.  If such consent is not given, the entry will be deemed invalid and any prize forfeit for a redraw.


3. Entry


By entering this Promotion, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions.  A person may only enter this Promotion once and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period.  In order for the Promoter to notify the winners, the entrant must provide his or her full name and e-mail address.  The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid.  To enter, entrants must click on the Click Crazy button as many times as they can in 30 seconds, on the competition page at https://goclickcrazy.com.au/, then submit their details into the entry

form.


4. Prizes


There will be 5 winners and 5 prizes. Prizes will consist of 1 x $250 Catch Gift Voucher for the

First Place winner, 1 x $150 Catch Gift Voucher for the Second Place winner, 1 x $100 Catch Gift Voucher for the Third Place winner, 1 x $50 Catch Gift Voucher for the Fourth Place winner and 1 x $50 Catch Gift Voucher for the Fifth Place winner. The total prize pool will be valued at $600. Each Catch Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the data of issue and may be used to purchase any product on Catch.com.au. The voucher must be spent in a single transaction. Any unused value will be forfeited. A free Catch.com.au account is required for the prize to be redeemed. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute that prize with a prize that is equal in value or type subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.


5. Draw


The winners will be drawn at 3pm AEST on 25/05/2021.  The winner will be drawn by barrel draw.  The draw for the prize will take place at the Promoter’s office at the end of the Promotional Period.


6. Winners


The winners will be announced on the promoter’s website (www.catch.com.au) by 4pm AEST on 26/05/2021. The winners of the prize must sign any release form that may be required by the Promoter or supplier of a prize.  After announcement of the winner, the Promoter will notify the winner via email to arrange delivery of the prize.


7. Unclaimed prizes


If a prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will draw a winner for the unclaimed prize 3 months after the initial draw 3PM AEST 20/08/2021 using the same method specified in section 5 and will notify the winner using the same method specified in section 6.  The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office.


8. Forfeited prizes


The Promoter may forfeit a prize if a winner refuses to sign any release form specified in section 6 or if a winner refuses to accept a prize. 


9. Entrant’s personal information


By entering this Promotion, the entrant consents to:


a. the Promoter, or any of its affiliated entities, using the entrant’s details and submission video for future marketing and promotional purposes, except if notified otherwise by the entrant;


b. if entrants are winners, the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and voice in any media platform; and


c. disclosing the entrant’s personal information to third parties, including agents, contractors and suppliers of the Promoter. For the Promoter’s privacy policy, please see https://www.catch.com.au/privacy.


10. Prohibitions and Promoter’s rights


a. This Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s ‘Fair Entries and Participation’ policy. Entrants are prohibited from and will have entries disqualified where the Promoter determines that an entrant has abused, misused or otherwise dishonestly or deceptively entered the promotion or manipulated the results of the Promotion. Entrants will be disqualified where, in the Promoter’s opinion, they are tampering or have tampered with the entry process, using or have used automated entry software or other mechanical or electronic means that allows a person to automatically enter repeatedly, using or have used multiple entries (unless specifically allowed by the Promoter), entering or have entered on behalf of another person(s), or otherwise tampering with the entry process.


b. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence).  The Promoter may disqualify an entrant or winner where the Promoter determines that such entry is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, including the circumstances set out in clause 10.a. above.  The Promoter may either disqualify an entrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion if this Promotion is interfered with or this Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably expected due to a reason beyond the control of the Promoter, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.


11. Promoter’s liability


The Promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability that may be suffered or incurred by a person in entering this Promotion or accepting and using the prizes.  If the Promoter is liable, the Promoter’s liability is limited to either resupply of the goods or services.  This section 11 does not alter a person’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
