Aviation American Gin 700mL Bottle

An artisanal collaboration between master mixologist Ryan Magarian and Aviation Distillery, this gin was envisioned to be an eminently blend-able 'botanical democracy' of cardamom, coriander, lavender, and anise seed. Juniper is noticeable here but doesn't overpower the herbaceous nose. A touch of sarsaparilla and dried orange peel and a touch of bittersweetness at the finish. Take note of how Ryan blends this gin in his signature cocktails, or simply enjoy with a touch of soda water to bring out the different aromas.
