For the extra fire power, we steep whole Macedonian juniper and Amarillo hops in a clean wheat spirit for 24 hours before adding more juniper, Cascade hop and whole lemons to provide a bright citrus lift.

The result is a vibrant, navy-strength gin, great for a stronger dry martini, Gimlet or a bracing G&T.
