Chasseur Escoffier Frypan 20cm

Inspired by Auguste Escoffier, international culinary icon and French chef, the Chasseur Escoffier Frypan offers ultramodern performance with a timeless look of classic design and traditional contours. It is made from three layers of different metals to combine all the best features of each of them. The outside layer, copper, ensures superb heat conductivity and unsurpassable look, while the inner aluminium layer distributes the heat evenly without hotspots. The inner stainless steel layer provides food safe and easy to maintain surface. The handle is elegant and functional thanks to its ergonomic design and double riveting. The frypan is oven safe up to 250°C and it's suitable for most stove tops, excluding halogen and induction.
