From the Winery: "Goe Di Fabio's family bought their first McLaren Vale vineyards in the 1960s and two of the properties they own are situated in Blewitt Springs, part of the famous McLaren Vale wine region. The Shiraz vines planted there are over 60 years of age and require careful hand-pruning and picking. These fantastic vines produce small quantities of intensely flavoured fruit, that in the past, were sold to some of Australia's greatest wineries. Goe now keeps this premium fruit for exclusive use in his own named wines."
