The Marcato Design Biscuit Press is the perfect machine for making twenty different types of home made biscuits and many of the forms can be made directly on the baking tray using the dies provided. With the biscuit dies there is a biscuit for each occassion of the year which can also be decorated or stuffed according to your tastes. This biscuit press is made from solid food grade aluminium alloy to provide extreme durability for many years to come.
This cookie press is so easy to use, you can make 20-25 large biscuits or 35-40 small biscuits with one full cylinder load and by simply pressing. You change the size of the biscuit by simply turning the adjustment knob - #1 = small biscuits, #2 = large biscuits. This is not dishwasher safe and simply needs to be cleaned with water water and detergent.
