We use bentwood slats for our bed base. Bentwood slats make the bed stronger and enhance its endurance by providing flexibility. These give a little under pressure, which is beneficial if you turn during the night, or if 2 people use the bed one person could move around and with the slats taking the pressure it wouldn’t disturb the second person.

Corner Bracket
Metal made corner brackets are fixed in four corners of the frame to make it stronger. It firmly joins the slats with the bed frame so that there remains relatively less chance of breaking down.
