Very aromatic, complex and fine bubbles due to a very slow alcoholic fermentation. Charles Ninot, was the brother of Marie Ambal (Veuve Ambal). She started the sparkling activity in Rully (Burgundy) at her brother's ""estate"" in 1898. Today, the brand Veuve Ambal stands for the Leading brand for the Crémant de Bourgogne category.
