Note:

This doorbell will only work on 2.4Ghz WiFi and not on the band-sharing type of WiFi or 5Ghz WiFi.

If the connection to 2.4Ghz WiFi isn't working please make sure the receiver is plugged directly into a wall socket and not on a power strip or a surge protector. Some power strip or surge protector will block the device from connecting to WiFi.

Make sure the receiver end is within good range of your router and move the doorbell and receiver closer for better quality.
