Please try to pair the 2 earbuds as the way as below:

  1. Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing and delete the Bluetooth connection record on the phone.Switch off the Bluetooth function of your phone.
  2. Long press the left and right earbuds about 15 seconds until you hear the voice from the earbuds "power off".Then put the earbuds back to the charging box.
  3. After 5 seconds, take the earbuds out from the charging case, the 2 earbuds will pair automatically within 5-8 seconds, then you can open the bluetooth of your phone and reconnect the earbuds.Finally the 2 earbuds will work at the same time.

How to connect this wireless earbuds with bluetooth device?

  1. Pick up 2 headsets from charging Box, They will automatically connect each other,
  2. then Pls enter your device's bluetooth setting，choose " Touch Two C5S " to pair Bluetooth device with the earbuds.
  3. C5S earbuds will reconnect to your device automatically after the first time pairing and use.
