Lavendula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Cinnamomum camphora (Camphor) leaf oil, Boswellia carterii oil, Citrus nobilis (Mandarin Orange) oil, Sandalwood oil, Citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange) oil, Backhousia citriodora leaf oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) extract.

Add 5-10 drops to an essential oil diffuser, as desired and diffuse into a room environment. Harmony Blend is especially beneficial used along with breathing techniques and energetic forms of exercise.

Additional:

For use on the body: Harmony Blend can be used to create a massage oil blend. Use from 8 to 16 drops (about 2.5% to 5%) added to 10mL of a good quality vegetable oil. It can be used with massage application, to the whole body or selected areas.

This massage blend can also be self-applied, best applied to the abdomen, back of the neck, feet and heart area.

For a uplifting bath: Fill the bath and then add 5 to 8 drops of Harmony Blend to the bath water. Mix the surface of the water with your hand to make sure it is dispersed.

The essential oils in the bath will penetrate the skin to some degree and the warm bath water helps to evaporate some of the essential oil to release their aroma.

Alternatively, you can mix in 5 to 8 drops of the Harmony Blend to 1 or 2mL of a good quality vegetable oil (such as Apricot Oil) first and then mix into the bath water.

This method prevents any small risk of skin irritation from undiluted essential oils and adds the benefits of a vegetable oil on your skin.
