Powdery tannins provide a canvas for the flavours that wash across the medium-bodied palate, and bright acidity keeps the wine fresh and vibrant.

Expert Review:
James Halliday- 93 Points, From three individual vineyards across the region. All batches handled differently in the winery, matured in neutral French oak before blending. Combines fleshy red fruit with fresh and dried herbs (thyme, sage, lavender) and a sweet nuttiness. Good to go now but the layers of flavours are still evolving and you can see complexity will build with time. (Steven Creber), Halliday Wine Companion, 1 August, 2020
