The Armortech Landmine Plate is perfect for building core / abs strength and also, to mimic sporting and rotating movements to work the stabilizor muscles. Accepts either Olympic or Standard sized bar. The Landmine offers a variety of different exercises for an affordable price.

Simply put one end of the bar in the platform cup and load up the other end with all the weight you can handle. The Landmine features an oversized solid steel axle pivot point with bushings that locks together, giving you maximum safety during use.

Full 3600 swivel-ability gives you endless workout opportunities and exercises.

Can be bolted into the ground (dyna-bolts) included. Or put a weight plate on the peg to hold it down.
Comes with a black metallic powder coat finish.
