This album is a love song to the earth sung with humor, tenderness and conscience. It contains Art's only recorded instrumental to date, 'From Where I Stood'. Among the fifteen original compositions is a love song or two and a childrens song about eating blue food. 'There Was A Butterfly' tells the true story of a butterfly who lived in a redwood tree despite pressure from squirrels to get down. 'Mean Creature Blues' was inspired by a conversation among some eight-year-old boys concerning what was the meanest creature that ever lived.
