When you use the ARC function, please make sure that the spdif port light is red, indicating that the converter gets a signal. And the TV needs to support ARC.
When you turn on ARC, the TV remote control will not be able to control the volume, you can only adjust the volume on the speaker/audio/home theater.
Please do not plug a highly clear TV into the HDMI-compatible input of the converter, otherwise you will not be able to get any signal.

How to Use the ARC Function:
Use the HDMI-compatible cable to connect your TV HDMI-compatible (ARC) port to our switch HDMI-compatible output port, and then use the optical cable to connect to the sound bar, speakers, home theater, A/V receiver, etc., and audio or video has no distortion.
