We Roast our coffee on Tuesdays and Dispatch on Wednesdays/Thursdays for all orders received in the previous week. We do this so that when you receive your coffee it has degassed and is ready to use, as coffee needs 5 days to settle after roasting to be at optimal deliciousness. This structure ensures that customers get fresh, ready-to-use coffee every single order.
