How to take Hydraulic for Best Results: Mix 1-2 scoops (2 is optimal) in 400-500ml of cold water and consume 20 minutes before hitting the gym.

Pro Tip: this product has Glyercol which requires water to work. Aim for 500ml for best results. This is also quite a clumpy ingredient so expect it to be a little rocky looking. No clumps = no pumps :)
