Made using traditional botanicals like juniper and coriander but with the influence of Australian botanicals pepper berry, strawberry gum, wattle seed, peppermint gum and lemon myrtle.
Two distillation methods were used to produce this gin beginning with a maceration and a boil of the traditional botanicals, while the Australian botanicals are distilled utilising a vapour-infused method to incorporate a balance of flavours.
