Gesha is one of the worlds highest quality coffee varieties, in the same way, that wine grapes come in different varietals so too does coffee. Coffea Arabica has literally dozens of varietals - Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Pacamara - and perhaps most famous of all, Gesha.

FST coffees are regular finalists in the Best of Panama competition, with more than a dozen awards in the last decade.

Coffee analysisThis coffee is truly one-of-a-kind. It stays true to the legacy of the panama gesha varietal, renowned for being exquisite in citrus, floral, and melon flavours when compared to other coffees. The naturally processed Summer Gesha has shaken up my perception of what coffee can taste like. The intense citral and eucalyptus notes are otherworldly tastes that I've only experienced smelling the most citral fragrances like lemon myrtle or verbena. This is the coffee you taste when you want to change your perception of how coffee can taste like forever.
