Beerfarm Western Cider is a cloudy cider made from freshly pressed Manjimup Pink Lady and Granny Smith apple sourced in Manjimup, 307 kilometres south of Perth in Western Australia. Beerfarm keep most of the pectins (a naturally produced component that binds ingredients together), and some solids in the juice to ensure that the full flavours from the apple are carried through the fermentation process, with the result being a truly authentic apple cider that’s naturally cloudy, neither sweet nor dry and with a pleasant acidity, that’s perfect served with ice on a hot summer’s day!
