Our winemaker has selected only the finest parcels of fruit from Hunter Valley Vineyards to craft a prestigious wine of regional style and intense flavour. Bright straw belying its 5 years of bottle age. Aromas of deep, concentrated lemon curd with a hint of honeysuckle blossom. Rich lemon and lime citrus, fresh aged semillon development of toast and brioche. Amazing complexity.

Semillon works well with seafood, especially shellfish, pork, veal, chicken, game birds or dishes with cream sauces. Cheese, hard and soft is another great pairing, especially blue cheese.
