Bimbadgen Single Vineyard wines 100% grown at either the Palmers Lane or McDonalds Road vineyards. Crafted and blended from our flagship varieties, we strive to create outstanding wines in the classic Hunter Valley style. Vibrant lemon with a hue of light green. Fleshy lemon and lime with supple citrus blossom. Lime over lemon with balanced and approachable acidity.

Semillon works well with seafood, especially shellfish, pork, veal, chicken, game birds or dishes with cream sauces. Cheese, hard and soft is another great pairing for Sauternes or other sweet wines, especially blue cheese.
