Bottled in 2020, Bimber Klub Pedro Ximenez Cask is a small batch of hand-crafted Single Malt London Whisky. This is the first release for members of Bimber Klub. A vatting of carefully selected ex-bourbon oak casks finished in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry butts.
Only 1198 bottles released.

Nose: Rosehips, floral, spirited, ground almonds, barbecue rub.

Taste: Syrupy, clove studded orange, bergamot and jasmine.

Finish: Medium length, nice lingering spice. Cardamom, allspice and date syrup. fruity.
