Black Felt Lincoln Tall Top Hat Adult Size

A tall top hat is the perfect addition to an Abraham Lincoln, Ringmaster, Magician or Victorian Gentleman costume. It is also great to complete a fabulous look for the races. This particular top hat is covered with soft felt and has a black ribbon at the base (bow at the side).This Lincoln hat is not as hard or structured as some versions but has a soft feel with an elastic around the inside circumference of the hat to hold to the head (as pictured).
