Blackened Black Brandy Casks Finish American Whiskey

Blackened is a marriage of the finest North American straight bourbon and rye whiskeys, uniquely finished in black brandy casks. This award-winning whiskey was sonically enhanced in brandy casks, using the Black Noise process (low hertz sound waves causing the whiskey to reverberate at a fast rate), to extract more flavour from the wood. The components of the blend vary in age but are a minimum of 4 years or more.

Nose: Burnt caramel, oak & honey.

Taste: Honey, cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit, clove & mint.

Finish: Long and smooth, slightly creamy with hints of butterscotch taffy, maple & honey.
