This Spanish sparkling is deliciously refreshing. Elegant floral aromas with hints of custard apple, pear, citrus fruits and toastiness lead to delicate sweet, fresh fruit flavours. It's light with zesty apple acidity, fine bubbles and an uplifting finish. A more-ish appetiser or accompaniment to fruit based desserts.

PALATE

Good acidity and long finish. Round, warm, very pleasant, fresh and lively.

FOOD MATCHING

From the appetizers, even the moldy rind cheeses (blue, Cabrales ... ) and white pulp, through and including blue fish stews and roasted chicken with crayfish.
