Cross screen filters add a dramatic four-cross flare to very bright areas, giving a soft-focus effect. ldeal for photographs with strong reflecting objects, such as jewellery. In order to create this filter effect, the camera lens creates a very fine light diffraction that radiates out from the light source, adding lines of 4 x point star flair to the bright areas in the image.
