Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2009 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

Originally released for the Travel Retail market, this is a 2009 vintage Bruichladdich single malt Scotch whisky, made using Bere (pronounced 'bear') barley grown on Orkney.

Bere barley has a much lower yield than other varieties that you're more likely to see in whisky production.

Grown on Weyland & Watersfield, Richmond Villa, Quoyberstane and Northfield Farms on Orkney.

"I think when this distillate starts to hit 12 -15 it will be totally outstanding. I really hope they filled some refill barrels and hoggies with this juice! Probably some of the best 'young' whisky on the market." - Serge, Whisky Fun
