Part of the distillery's extensive Causeway Collection from Bushmills, this triple distilled Single Malt is the 2021 Limited Edition release.
This whiskey was distilled on 22nd August 2011 and re-casked on 28th March 2019 before being bottled at cask strength in 2021. It has been matured in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks and finished in Sauternes wine casks.

Nose: Sweet, grainy, plum, raisin, milk chocolate.

Taste: Sweet and fruity, then big spice swell, again youthful.

Finish: Medium to long, Spices, oak, condensed sugars.
