Plates are designed with raised edges and hole in the centre for oils etc to drop directly into drip tray. Put in our plate in lieu of the grate style plate.

Cast iron is the super barbeque material. Porcelain enamelled for long term protection.
When storing just put in our plate then turn the grate plate up side down and put on top of our plate, close the lid and put your BBQ away. If travelling we recommend a piece of cardboard between them to stop rubbing etc so they do not rust. Allows you to use all the versatility of your Weber Q.
