Ingredients sucralfate
Instructions DIRECTIONS:Take one tablet up to four times a day. Take tablets 1 hour before food. Tablets may be dispersed in half a glass of warm water.

* you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant
* if you suffer from kidney disease
* you are taking any other medicines
* if you are under the age of 18
