Cava is Spain's sparkling wine and is produced in the same traditional method as champagne.
Anna de Codorniu was born in 1983 and today it is undoubtedly Codorniu’s most iconic cava.

Pale straw yellow, clean and brilliant. Fine bubbles with continuous beads and a persistent mousse. On the palate, it is soft with elegant citrus notes. Well balanced and refreshing.

Enjoy this bubbly like the Spaniards - by itself or to accompany cheeseboards, seafood or any tapas style dishes.
