This is The Peated 2022 release from Chichibu Distillery. It was matured in bourbon barrels, sherry buds and hogsheads, produced from heavily peated malt and bottled at cask strength.
Limited to 11,000 bottles.

Nose: Floral, lemon peel, frosting, rocky shore, earthy smoke.

Taste: Ripe plum, candied lemon, campfire, stone fruits, apple, vanilla, caramel, oak.

Finish: Top and balanced finish on citrus fruits, smoke, peat.
