Sintered Stone production is a complex process: selecting high quality raw materials, ball grinding award, sifting iron, spray granulation, powder stale, natural stone and inorganic clay needs to go through 400 bar high-pressure (more than 15000 tons) compression, three layers of drying, spray glaze, through high temperature above 1200 degrees℃ using the most advanced vacuum extrusion moulding equipment and fully automatic closed computer-controlled temperature roller kiln burning, with NDD technology.
