The Clynelish distillery has been producing its distinctive Highland malt since 1819 its rich honeyed sweetness with spicy overtones makes this cask one of distinction.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fruity pear and apple with a background of caramel and bee’s wax.

Palate: A beautiful soft zestiness mixing with Christmas cake fruit and spice.

Finish: Vanilla and a light honeyed peppery dryness.
