Champagne is an origin protected product that is synonymous with quality and elegance. Comte De Noiron comes from the 5th largest Champagne Group worldwide. Produced from high quality grapes, Comte De Noiron is hand picked from 5 hectares of single vineyard in the village of Cezanne and 50 hectares in the village of Broyes.

The grapes are brought together to produce the delicate champagne in the town of Reims, capital of the Champagne wine region. The winery itself has been built above ancient cellars in Reims, dating back to medieval times. It was originally created and owned by the family Balahu de Noiron, a well-known and powerful French family related to the kingdom of France.

Comte De Noiron Champagne is rich and floral, with a concentrated finish and fine bubbles. The perfect blending of Chardonnay and Pinot grapes creates a superb balance of sophistication and elegance. The ageing takes place in optimal cellaring conditions and by law it is held for a minimum of 15 months for the non-vintage, and 3 years for vintage wines. All Comte De Noiron styles are brut, for a lower sugar per liter ratio.

Tasting Note: Bright salmon pink champagne colour, powerful bubbles. Nose with wild forest blackcurrant notes and dried apricot fruit notes. Very fresh and long lasting palate, keeping its wine flavours authenticity and wild red fruits aromas.
