Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark plum. Fresh vanilla and black pepper perfume and a subtle touch of spicy oak. A rich and bold entry with flavours of black tea, mulberry, wild bramble and a little dark chocolate. The tannins are plush and lend the wine a richness and depth.

Roast beef with all the trimmings. If possible, decant for 2-3 hours before serving with all richer dishes.
