The nose shows blueberry and sage with hints of charcuterie and lavender. The palate is very soft and rich, with flavours of blackberry and back olive, beautifully framed by very fine tannin and finished by a floral rose lift.

A great accompaniment to slow roasted lamb shoulder, or a Sichuan spiced kangaroo tail.
