TASTING NOTE
Brilliant bright veiled rose in colour. Lifted juniper and rosewater perfume with underlying crushed wild berry fragrance. The palate has a textural succulence of raspberry and pomegranate fruits, finely balanced with a savoury phenolic line. Delicious.

Inspired by the finely structured, dry Rose of the south of France. Individual parcels of Merlot and Syrah grown in our Gimblett Gravels Vineyard are carefully selected for freshness and balance. The result is a wine with delicious summer flavours of wild berries and spices with a lovely long refreshing dry finish, perfect for drinking when the sun is shining.
