Manipura chakra involves fear, anxiety, opinion, freedom, control, introversion, and transformation from simple emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura chakra governs metabolism, Mentally it governs Personal Power. Emotionally it governs expansiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power.

Essential oil: Lavender, Rosemary

Burning Instruction: Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep the candle free of any foreign material including matches and wick trimmings. Only lit the candle on a level and fire resistant surface. DO NOT lit the candle for more then 4 hours at a time.
