Sandalwood is made from the Santalum tree wood and it has been proven to provide numerous health benefits.

Sandalwood provides a wide range of benefits - eases nausea, gastritis and increases the production of gastric juices. It helps the body extract the excess liquids, causes the muscles to contract and stimulates urine production. It also has antiseptic properties that can help in dealing with infections.

For a long time people have considered Sandalwood as an aphrodisiac, so burning this incense is believed to help create a romantic atmosphere.

One of the main compounds of Sandalwood is Santalol. It gives the Sandalwood its distinctive fragrance, is considered as a natural sedative so it helps you fall asleep. Tannin is another component of Sandalwood that stops bleeding, tightens loose tissues, prevents infections and heals damaged skin.

How to burn backflow incense cones

  • Cone incense holder should be placed in a windless environment. Otherwise, the miracle of come incense smog pouring down, like a waterfall, will not come out.
  • Light the tip of the incense cone till highlighted red mark (75% of the tip).
  • Gently extinguish the flame by fanning. Your cone should give off a delicate wisp of pale fragrant smoke indicating that it is slowly burning or "smoldering."
  • Place on/in a cone burner with the tip facing up and watch the cascade effect.
  • Be careful handling the cone when lit and when removing from the burner as they can be very hot. We advise using thongs.

Note: Never burn incense unattended and always keep it out of reach of children. Burn incense in a suitable incense holder or incense box in a well-ventilated area.
