MLSPS2L

The first MagnaLatch ever made the Side Pull model has now been redesigned in a key-lockable version.

As opposed to earlier Side Pull latches, this model incorporates D&Ds patented Lost Motion Technology, a zone of free-play that makes the MagnaLatch Top Pull the worlds safest gate latch.

Following the tradition of safety, strength and style set by the rest of the MagnaLatch range, this lockable model is ideal for use on both metal and wood gates around around homes and gardens. It is also ideal as a latch for swimming pool gates when installed in accordance to regulations.

This latch comes with vertical and horizontal adjustment of up to 8mm, which makes installation easier and allows fine-tuning of latch alignment well after installation.

Powered by the same super-strong permanent magnets as other MagnaLatch models, and made from strong engineering polymers and stainless steel components, it is designed for a lifetime of service.

Features:

  • Key-lockable security
  • Screw holes same as original Side Pull
  • Fixing points covered by dress caps
  • Horizontal & vertical adjustment
  • Strong molded polymer/stainless steel

Benefits:

  • Peace of mind
  • Ideal for retrofit upgrades
  • Sleek, stylish finish
  • Easy Installation
  • No rusting, binding or staining

DID YOU KNOW?

  • The NSW government has brought in new laws for swimming pool owners. You will need to register your pool by 29/10/2013. Councils will follow up with inspections, so owners can obtain Compliance Certificates which will be required to sell any property with a swimming pool after April 2014. Make sure your swimming pool meets the required standards with secure gate latches and self closing hinges.
